Single Workover Rig

This unit is a Wilson Super 38 Winchmobile with a single drum Drawork with 7/8” line powered by a 6V-71 GM Diesel Engine, an Allison 750 5 Speed Automatic transmission.  This rig is also equipped with a 70’ fabricated hydraulic telescoping mast.  Its hook load capacity is 140,000 lbs and has 4 lines.  An 8’ X 8’ adjustable work platform which is capable of racking 10,500’ for 2-7/8” tubing and 12,000’ of 2-3/8” tubing is also included.

 This rig is furnished with the following equipment:

2-6” series 600X900 Shafter Hydraulic BOP 3000 WP.  One set of Foster Tubing Tongs with 2-3/8” and 2-7/8” jaws which are hydraulically operated,  air slips for 2-3/8” and 2-7/8” tubing, 65 ton BJ 2-3/8” and 2-7/8” elevators, XV-15 ton King Swivel, 35’ rotary hose 3000fl WP, 6000f test, complete set of rod tools for common size rods, 5x8 Gardner Denver Mud Pump, 200bbl Mud Tank and all necessary hand tools.
